Be respectful to them. If you can see they have a new dress on or something, comment on it. Ask them what they are doing over Xmas and if they are looking forward to anything.
Talk about your interests aswel... Dont make it ALL about them, or it looks a bit obsessive.
Just try and be yourself the same time!

joking around,, talking alot,,having fun,,tell her she looks hot/nice/beautiful but not in the ''desperate looking way''!!
that always gets my eye on the guy!
(but allways matters what type of personality she is,, some girls hate it when guys say shes hot some girls like it....difference with ppl)
