Well, I think one must have some toy play and better conversation with the person that they are with. Learn what things work and what doesn't...Sorry, some women do not have the nerve endings and sadily will never achieve orgasm through penetration...That is way oral techniques are favored...

Try a vibrating egg during sex. Also try different positions and dont be afraid to her what feels good to her
it take some practice I guess. The guy needs to know how to make it work with penetration. It takes longer and one needs to know how to touch the right spots. but when it happens, both will feel great amount of pleasure. Well I almost feel like mine is getting crushed.
Take a vibrator to bed with you, she can hold the vib. where it feels good, while you're pounding her. Works great doggie style, and feels great to the guy also!
As you already know, the best way to orgasm is by direct stimulation of your clitoris. During sex you need to make sure your partners penis is in contact with your clitoris. His body needs to be higher than yours so that during sex his penis is in contact with your clit. This will take a bit of practise , but it is well worth it. If this seems too hard, slip your finger in to rub your clit during sex.
