Need advice for asking this really sexy woman out?

I've known this woman for about four months now, and i'm thinking of asking her out. She's 38, recently divorced. She seems to really like me, she smiles at me and laughs at my jokes. I'm just worried that she may be wanting commitment, because i'm just not ready for that sort of thing. I'm worried I might break her heart if I express that I'm not not ready for commitment.
